Thank you for your reply.
In that case, I would recommend that you get in touch with Microsoft support since this issue comes from the Windows update and not from CorelDRAW.
This was introduced in the Windows October update.
That update made changes to the Windows File Explorer which now detects files that have been downloaded from the internet which are marked with a security label known as the Mark of the Web (MOTW).
This update aimed to enhance file safety from certain files downloaded from the internet.
If issue still persists after that, please let us know.
