If you receive an email requesting payment or renewal for your subscription from an unknown email address, it is important to verify the legitimacy of the email. Microsoft support typically uses the following domains to send emails:

    1. microsoft.com
    2. microsoftsupport.com
    3. mail.support.microsoft.com

If the email is from a different domain, it is likely a phishing attempt. Do not reply, click on any links, or open any attachments in the email. For more guidance on identifying phishing emails and reporting them, you can refer to Microsoft's resources on protecting yourself from phishing scams.

If you believe your account may be at risk, you should contact Microsoft Support directly for assistance regarding your subscription and account status.

That Email may be a phishing scam, for safety, never click anything on any of those Email that may or may not be form Microsoft, log into your Microsoft account on this link, if you have a subscription, check if it requires renewal, if not, you can safely ignore and delete that Email.
