I downloaded a document via the Chrome browser and cannot save it to my file folders. When I right click 2 viable options are to print and save as - print is available but unfortunately a 'save as' screen will not pop up for me to save!

Hello Jackie Sudia, thanks for posting this in our community.

May I know the file type you’re trying to download (for example, PDF, Word, or TXT)? In Chrome, click the three dots in the top-right corner and go to Downloads or press Ctrl + J. Locate your downloaded document and select Show in folder, which will open the file in your system’s Downloads folder. From there, you can copy or move the file to any folder you want.

If the file appears in Chrome’s Downloads list (Ctrl + J), it means the browser has successfully saved it to your system’s default Downloads folder or in your File Manager.

    Kind regards,

    John Oli
