Open Lid to action (Power on)

Hi,

Does anyone know how to configure my HP Pavilion 14 Laptop, 12th Gen, to turn on automatically when opening the lid? By default, it does nothing when opening the lid.

I try to configure the power plan many times, but it does not work.

Please help.
