Purchased a laptop from Costco and the 365 subscription only lasted a month

I purchased a new laptop from Costco and a subscription to Microsoft 365 Basic came with it, which I activated last month, however I received notification that it expired, but it's 365, not 30. I need a new product code or the product to be reinstated.

When you first activated Office that licence should have become associated to your Microsoft Account as a digital licence online, log into your Microsoft account on this link, do you find the Microsoft 365 subscription listed there, and if so, is the expiry date on the subscription listed correctly?

Check with Costco if this was in fact a subscription added to the price of your PC. Maybe it was just a trial version of an Office subscription.

It's not a month subscription, its supposed to be 6 months.
