Who is your mail provider - that is, what follows the @ in your address? What type of account - POP, IMAP, Exchange, Outlook.com - are you using? Contacts for POP and IMAP counts are local to the computer and are not stored in the cloud. Thus, if you use a different computer, those contacts are not on that new computer. You must transfer them from the old computer to the new one. Can you still access the old computer? If you supply the answers to these questions, I can guide you in transferring the contacts.
