How can I talk to somebody at Microsoft? The numbers I am dialing are asking me to go to Microsoft online. I need to talk to customer service.

I need to increase my One drive storage limit. I am a family subscriber to Office 365. I pay $130.00 per year. I am responding to the answer below from Microsoft.

Check Eligibility for Increased Storage: If you have already filled 90% of your current storage, you can contact your Microsoft 365 administrator to check if you are eligible for an increased storage limit. Admins can request Microsoft to increase the storage limit up to 25 TB per user, but this is subject to certain condition

To add additional space to your OneDrive, you have a couple of options:

    1. Increase Storage Limit: Since you are a subscriber to Office 365 and have used close to 95% of your 1 TB space, you can request an increase in your OneDrive storage limit. For most subscriptions, the default storage space is 1 TB, but you can increase it up to 5 TB depending on your plan and number of licensed users. If you need more than 5 TB, you can contact Microsoft support for assistance, but you must have at least five licenses that include OneDrive Plan 2, and one user must have filled 90% of their 5 TB storage.
    2. Check Eligibility for Increased Storage: If you have already filled 90% of your current storage, you can contact your Microsoft 365 administrator to check if you are eligible for an increased storage limit. Admins can request Microsoft to increase the storage limit up to 25 TB per user, but this is subject to certain conditions.
    3. Manage Your Storage: If you are unable to increase your storage, consider reviewing and managing your existing files to free up space. You can delete unnecessary files or move some files to another storage solution.

For more detailed steps on how to check your eligibility and request an increase, refer to the resources provided in the references section below.
