I have wastede at least an hour trying to get support from Microsoft. The options I need are not in the AI or the phone AI. Can't you talk to anyone anymore. I just want to know how to upgrade my Business account so I have Copilot throughout my whole instance. At the moment I only have the Standard options and I think I need more but I wanted to talk to someone about my options.

It is so terrible that you can't talk to someone and the AI has no idea how to communicate. This is the worse service I have ever had in Customer service. Appalling!!!
