This usually happens because of overly strict spam filter settings, missing safe senders, or accidental rules that route mail to Junk. Sometimes, a compromised account or third-party security software can also cause this. Check your email client’s junk filter settings and set them to Low, add trusted contacts to your Safe Senders list, and review any rules that might be misconfigured.
If you recently changed accounts or had a Windows update, verify that no suspicious rules were added. Also, check if antivirus software is interfering with email filtering.
