Hi Charissa,

Thank you for posting, I am here to help. I’m Sorry you are having this problem. If you accidentally deleted your emails you can try this steps to recover it.

Try to check your Outlook Online OWA, See if the mail still available from there.

Kindly also check your junk mail. See if the deleted mails are move inside.

If you can't find your emails under that folder, I'm afraid this means that your emails are permanently deleted from the server, and they can no longer be recovered.

For more details you can check this article: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/recover-and-restore-deleted-items-in-outlook-49e81f3c-c8f4-4426-a0b9-c0fd751d48ce#picktab=web

Check Deleted Items:

First, open Outlook or Outlook on the web and navigate to the "Deleted Items" folder. Look for a "Recover items deleted from this folder" option. This may allow you to recover emails that were moved to the "Recoverable Items" folder.

Use Outlook’s Recovery Feature:

In Outlook, select the "Deleted Items" folder, and then click on "Recover items deleted from this folder" to search for and recover your emails.

looking forward to helping you out.  If you need more help please let me know. If the answer is helpful, please click "Accept Answer".

To recover a deleted folder in Outlook, you can use the following steps:

    1. Check the Deleted Items Folder: When you delete a folder, it may be moved to the Deleted Items folder. Open the Deleted Items folder and look for your deleted folder. If you find it, you can right-click on it and select "Move" to restore it to its original location.
    2. Recover Deleted Items: If the folder is not in the Deleted Items folder, you can use the "Recover Deleted Items" feature. This feature allows you to recover items that have been permanently deleted. To access this feature:
      • In Outlook, go to the Home tab.
      • Click on "Recover Deleted Items from Server" (this option may vary based on your version of Outlook).
      • A window will open showing the items that can be recovered. Look for your deleted folder and select it to restore.
    3. Use Outlook Web App: If you are using the Outlook Web App, you can also recover deleted folders by going to the Deleted Items folder and selecting "Recover items deleted from this folder" at the top of the page. This will show you items that can be recovered.

If the folder is not recoverable through these methods, it may have been permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
