Unfortunately, Microsoft removed the “Disable” button for Personal Vault in recent updates, so the old instructions don’t work anymore. I checked as well and only see the “Manage” option now. From what I’ve found, the only real way to turn it off is by contacting Microsoft Support directly, either through your Microsoft 365 admin center or by calling their support line. If the vault is empty and not causing any issues, you could just ignore it, it won’t interfere with your shared folders or normal OneDrive use. Personal Vault was designed for storing extra-sensitive files, but if you don’t need that extra security layer, I agree it can feel like unnecessary clutter. Hope this clears things up!
