Copilot Studio no longer stays on the current topic or answers follow-up questions

Hi @Youqing Wang , thanks for reporting this. Just adding a comment to let you know that you're not alone and that we're running into something similar. We're working through Microsoft Support to identify the underlying cause.

A few comments to help troubleshoot.

1. When you encounter the problem, type the command below into your chat to identify the conversation ID.
   /debug conversationid
2. Run the KQL query below in the logs area of Application Insights, be sure to replace the Conversation ID with yours.

3. Dump the output to a .csv file.
4. You can now upload the CSV file to Chat GPT / Gemini etc. to help identify the problem. This should help Microsoft Support in identifying the problem.
