    Hi Omar,

Thank you for posting, I am here to help. I’m Sorry you are having this problem.

Possible cause is the permission. May i know if you are the owner of the device. If your device is owned by an organization or school it will require and administrator access.

If this is your personal you will just need to enter your Admin account credential to install the .Net Framework 4 successfully.

Let me know how this goes. Looking forward to helping you out.  If you need more help please feel free to let me know. If the answer is helpful, please click "Accept Answer".

    Best regards,

    Jansher

The error message "Access is denied" during the installation of the .NET Framework typically indicates that you do not have sufficient privileges to perform the installation. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:

    1. Run as Administrator: Make sure to run the installer as an administrator. Right-click on the installer and select "Run as administrator".
    2. Check User Permissions: Ensure that your user account has administrative privileges. If not, log in with an account that does.
    3. Disable Antivirus/Firewall: Sometimes, security software can block installations. Temporarily disable your antivirus or firewall and try the installation again.
    4. Check for Existing Installations: If there are previous installations of the .NET Framework that are corrupted or incomplete, they may cause issues. Try uninstalling any existing versions before proceeding with the new installation.
    5. Restart Your Computer: A simple restart can sometimes resolve installation issues, especially if there are pending updates or installations.
    6. Check Windows Update: Ensure that your Windows is up to date, as missing updates can sometimes lead to installation problems.

If the problem persists, you may need to look into specific logs or error codes that could provide more insight into the issue.
