I would like to buy a lifetime license for Microsoft Office 365 2024. I don't see the offer in the store.

Anything that starts with Microsoft 365 is a subscription plan, not a pepetural license. If you want to pay for it one time and be done with, go here, scroll down, and get the Office Home 2024. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/buy/compare-all-microsoft-365-products-b
