I was sent this email last year and have replied to it multiple time and no one has replied. Not sure where to go from here:

    Can someone help me. I am unable to login to my Azure portal. I am receiving this message mentioned below after I add the code received on my Authenticator App

    Can someone please help me, I am trying to get into an old email, I’ve tried so many passwords and done the recovery plenty of times but it’s not working or letting me in, how can I get into it. Thank you

    Hi, i need help accessing my learn portal. Im able to log into the account but non of my achievements are there. I also noticed that my username is now AntonDawson-1548. My original username is antondawson-0872. The 0872 has all my info and achievements. Why was i issued a new username? email address is [Moderator note: personal information removed]

    Since your replies to the original support email haven’t received a response, the best next step is to contact Microsoft Support directly:

    To contact Microsoft Support, please follow these steps:  

    1. Visit this website: Contact - Microsoft Support  
    2. Type Contact in the search box.  
    3. Now click Get help, and Select Contact Support or sign in to contact support below.  
    4. Go to the Products and services tab, and choose either Microsoft 365 and Office category.  
    5. On the Category tab, choose Manage My Subscription.  
    6. Go to Confirm.  
    7. You can choose to chat with a support representative or request a call back. 

    Please note that the chat support team only works during certain working hours. Therefore, if the last window indicates that you are unavailable, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you. 

    Besides, you can also contact Global Customer Service phone: Customer service phone numbers
