Hi, I understand you want to make sure your new Windows 11 PCs are connected to Microsoft 365 and remove the older Windows 10 ones. The issue usually happens because devices stay linked to your account until they’re manually removed.

Can you confirm if you have admin access to the Microsoft 365 portal and whether these PCs are enrolled in Intune or just standard Microsoft 365?

Also, are the new Windows 11 devices already signed in with the same account? Once I know that, I can guide you through either removing old devices or fixing any setup issues.

Let me know how it goes.

To find the devices currently on your Microsoft 365 account, you can manage your Cloud PCs through the Microsoft 365 admin center. Here are the steps to follow:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    2. In the left navigation, select Users -> Active users.
    3. Select the user whose Cloud PC you want to manage.
    4. Select Devices to view the devices associated with that user.
    5. From here, you can see the Cloud PCs and take necessary actions such as removing the older Windows 10 PCs or ensuring that the new Windows 11 PCs are properly set up.

Additionally, you can also manage devices through the Microsoft Intune admin center if you are using Intune for device management. This will provide you with more detailed management options for your Cloud PCs.

Make sure to check the provisioning status and ensure that the new devices are listed correctly under your account.
