Hello, I got a problem after a clean installation of Windows 11 Professional; but whenever I open the chrome, chrome starts glitching, like imagine there is a part of a frame from that moment in chrome as a fixed position inside chrome and when you scroll that part is not updating frame by frame as it's expected to be moving! I reinstalled and tried my GPU driver tests and etc, I found that discord is having the same problem!
what should I do?

no one else I think had the same problem or I can't write my problem which let's you understand it better. also sometimes albion online resolution which I made it by CRU ( custom resolution Utility ) as 21:9, and it goes back to the default one.
