Hi, I understand how important it is to get this working smoothly.
The issue happens because the app shortcuts aren’t automatically pinned when Office installs, they’re grouped under the main Office app instead of separate icons.
To fix this, you can open each app like Word or Excel, then right-click its icon on the taskbar and choose Pin to taskbar.
Another way is to search for the app in the Start menu, right-click it, and select Pin to taskbar.
If you prefer, you can also go to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16 and pin the individual .exe files for Word, Excel, and others.
Quick question, are you using the desktop apps or the web versions of 365?
