From our discussion, I understand you’d like to enroll in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program (MAICPP) by creating a new tenant, while your current tenant ID [Moderator note: personal info removed] with domains [Moderator note: personal info removed] and [Moderator note: personal info removed] remains associated to your existing account.

As we’re part of the CSP support team, we aren’t able to complete the MAICPP enrollment steps directly. To keep things moving, I’ve initiated a transfer to the Enrollment team, who will guide you through the process and the requirements.

I’ve also noted your availability today until 9:00 p.m. NZ time, so they can reach you accordingly.

We appreciate your patience—setting this up is important for your business, and we’ll stay engaged until you’re connected with the right team. If anything changes with your availability or you have questions in the meantime, just reply here and I’ll help coordinate.

Hello Jeanie

I tried many times for an answer, changing the phasing each time, all AI could do was provide directions not related to the questions, usually with call a number which was another AI response.

A suggested solution when I could not receive an answer, was request a real person, which was AI again!

Microsoft 365 Reseller Account is the account created for partners or distributors to sell Microsoft 365 licenses to end customers. All management activities, including customer and licensing management, are typically handled through the Microsoft Partner Center portal. 

The NFR package is a license benefit provided to partners strictly for internal use. The lack of contact details for reference is normal for an NFR package, as this is an internal benefit and not a commercial package for resale.
