How to Claim Microsoft Ignite Cloud Skills Challenge 2020: Free Certification Exam

I took part in the challenge and completed one of the collections as it says in order to receive a free Microsoft Exam, however I haven't received any emails and don't know how to redeem it. Would someone be able to confirm how to claim it?

    The free certification exam is available for redemption starting October 14, 2020 and is valid until March 31, 2021, more information here:

    I have not received the steps to redeem the voucher either. They will be releasing it by Oct 14-15 as mentioned here -
