Hi Albie Denley,
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Forum!
With Minecraft Realms for Bedrock, the subscription is owned and billed by the store or platform where you started it (Xbox/Microsoft Store, Apple App Store, Google Play, Nintendo eShop, PlayStation Store, Amazon Appstore, etc.). That could be why you can't find it under Services & subscriptions on https://account.microsoft.com; if it was purchased on mobile or a console under a different store identity.
To identify where the Realm was purchased, try these:
- Email receipts / bank statement Look for merchant labels like Microsoft/Xbox, Apple, Google Play, Nintendo, PlayStation Network, or Amazon. The merchant name will tell you which cancellation path to use.
- In‑game owner check (Bedrock) Open Minecraft (Bedrock) → Play → Realms → tap your Realm → Settings → Subscription. Confirm the Realm Owner and the gamertag/account shown. If the owner is another Microsoft/Xbox profile (e.g., a secondary gamertag), you must sign into that exact profile to manage/cancel.
- Device you originally used If you started the Realm on iPhone/iPad, it’s almost certainly billed via Apple. If you started it on Android, it’s via Google Play. On Xbox/Windows, it’s via your Microsoft/Xbox account. On Switch/PlayStation, it’s via Nintendo/PSN.
Do you remember which device/store you used when you first subscribed (Xbox/Windows, iPhone/iPad, Android, Switch, PlayStation, or Amazon)? If you could check that, I can help guide you the next steps you need to take.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
