Where are you playing Minecraft? Have you always played at 3 FPS?
Try reinstalling your video driver, as that also affects performance. Perform a clean install.

- Install DDU.

- Enter Safe Mode. Press the shortcut CTRL + R > Type ''msconfig'' (without quotes) > Click on the ''System Boot'' tab > Check the ''Safe Boot'' option > Click ''OK''.
- When booting in Safe Mode, search for and open DDU > Select your GPU (Video Card) or CPU (Processor) > Select the AMD, Nvidia or Intel device > Click on "Clean and Restart" > Wait for the program to completely uninstall the driver and restart.
- After restarting, exit Safe Mode. Press the CTRL + R shortcut > Type ''msconfig'' (without quotes) > Click on the ''General'' tab, check the ''Normal Startup'' option > Click ''OK''.
- When restarting the computer, install the downloaded video driver > Choose the "Express Installation" or "Recommended Installation" option during the installation screen > Restart the computer after completing the installation.
NOTE: Your computer screen may flash a few times. Don't worry, this is normal.
- See if the problem persists.
