    Dear @Wolf Weiss

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Copilot Chat is an AI prompt and response experience that's automatically included and available to organizations that have an eligible Microsoft 365 subscription. If you want more features, your tenant can buy add-on.

What subscription are you using? Please help me go to this My account > subscriptions > view subscriptions and take a screenshot for me.

Also, can you help me check if your subscription is eligible to use Copilot Chat?

Try signing in there, does the Copilot chat screen appear?

    • Go to m365.cloud.microsoft and sign in with your work account.
    • From the navigation pane, you’ll see options like Chat, Pages, Create, and Apps.
    • Use Chat to ask questions, summarize documents, or draft content.

    Looking forward to your response!

To use Microsoft 365 Copilot with your Microsoft 365 for Business license, you need to ensure that you have the appropriate Copilot license assigned to your account. Here are the steps to access and use Copilot:

    1. Check License Eligibility: Ensure that your Microsoft 365 subscription is eligible for Copilot. You can find more information about eligibility in the Microsoft documentation.
    2. Assign Copilot Licenses: If your organization has the necessary licenses, you can assign them to users through the Microsoft 365 admin center. Go to Billing > Licenses, select Microsoft 365 Copilot, and assign licenses to the users who need access.
    3. Access Copilot in Apps: Once licenses are assigned, users can access Copilot in Microsoft 365 apps like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. They may need to wait up to 24 hours for Copilot to appear and might need to restart or refresh the apps.
    4. Sign In: Users must sign in to the apps with their work or school account and ensure that the files they are working on are editable.
    5. Using Copilot: After accessing Copilot, users can utilize its features to find information, summarize documents, create presentations, and more, based on the data accessible to their Microsoft Entra account.

For more detailed guidance, you can refer to the setup and licensing resources provided by Microsoft.
