A Microsoft file hosting and synchronization service.
Hi,
I'm really sorry if you're having problems. You might not be able to play, distribute, or upload MP4 files to OneDrive because of a codec that doesn't function, problems with your browser's cache, a slow or unreliable internet connection, or maybe the file size or permissions.
I want to make sure I understand:
Are these MP4 files home videos that you generated on your own equipment, like a smartphone, or files that you acquired from the internet that were prepared by professionals? (This helps you figure out how likely it is that there are weird codecs or DRM protection.)
Do you and the other person always use the same device and browser when the problem happens? For instance, are they both using Chrome on a PC or the OneDrive app on their phones?
Does your app or browser display you a specific error message or status number that could help you figure out what went wrong if you try to download the file and it "immediately fails"?
Regards,
