How to make my Copilot Studio agent reappear after the error “It looks like the link was broken”

I’m creating an agent in Copilot Studio as an editor, and when I tried to reconnect today to continue editing, I encountered this error. What’s even stranger is that the agent seems to have disappeared from my list of agents (for example, when I click on the Agents tab), and when I check the solution as a whole, it appears completely blank (no agents, apps, cards, flows, etc.).

Assuming that permissions haven’t changed (the agent’s creator is currently on vacation), how can I resolve this issue?
Here’s the error message I received: **“It looks like the link was broken. Please make sure the link is correct and try again.”

Edit1:** Some users reported a similar issue, still no answer. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5610775/how-to-fix-looks-like-that-link-is-broken-for-thisUser's image

Parece que o link foi desfeito

Certifique-se de que o link está correto e tente novamente.

    Hello Rafael Moraes,
Copilot Studio agents may appear missing due to environment or solution context changes, broken links caused by environment mismatches or expired sessions. Permissions or licensing issues can also prevent agents from appearing.

To fix this, verify you’re in the correct environment and solution, refresh your session (sign out/in or clear cache), and confirm the agent is published and shared with your account. If links are broken, search for the agent directly in Copilot Studio or request it be re-shared. Workarounds include switching environments or importing the agent into a new solution if available.
