Hello,
If outlook desktop and outlook web are using the same account they are effectively a unified inbox.
Unfortunately outlook web is designed only for Microsoft accounts and can only handle the one primary account logged into it and can’t sync with more than one.
What you can do is to use outlook desktop on multiple devices and have them attached to the same accounts across all devices.
