Hello, I have had this issue for a couple of months now. My PC says that I do not have Windows 11, and when I look in my settings, it says that I have version 25H2, and I'm not too familiar with how to fix the problem, or which way to go.

Can you take a screenshot of that statement indicating that your PC does not have Windows 11 and post it in your next reply?

It sounds like you're experiencing a common issue where your system is indicating that you have Windows 11 version 25H2, but there may be confusion regarding its recognition. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Check for Updates: Ensure that your system is fully updated. Go to Settings > Windows Update and click on Check for updates. This can help ensure that any pending updates are installed.
    2. Verify Windows Version: You can verify your Windows version by pressing Win + R, typing winver, and pressing Enter. This will show you the exact version of Windows you are running.
    3. Use the Get Help App: If the issue persists, consider using the Get Help app in Windows for more tailored troubleshooting assistance. You can also visit Microsoft Support for additional help.
    4. Feedback Hub: If you believe this is a bug, you can report the issue using the Feedback Hub app, which allows you to send feedback directly to Microsoft.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to consider reaching out to Microsoft Support for further assistance.
