I'm using a Windows emulator names Limbo x84 and require a bootable device in the hard drive section to boot Windows 11. I have no idea where this file is, but has the ISO for the file, and a virtio-win.iso file. If anyone has any download links, or where I can find this file, it would be very appreciated.

I'm very sorry, I forgot to mention, I'm doing this on an android device. So formatting a usb cannot be done
I'm not too familiar with installing windows on android devices but on windows i use either virtuaclonedrive or poweriso to mount ISO files and fool the pc into thinking it's a plugged in USB drive or a DVD/CD drive, maybe android would have something similar to this that you can make use of but my knowledge of that subject is limited.
