I would download the Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO) file to the downloads folder. I would then mount the ISO file and run setup.exe.

I would select "Not right now" when checking for updates during the installation process to make the installation run smoother. You can check for updates in Windows Update later and run them.

To upgrade from Windows 11 Pro version 22H2, which has reached its end of support, you can follow these steps:

    1. Check for Updates: Go to Settings > Windows Update and click on Check for updates. If a newer version of Windows 11 is available, it should appear here.
    2. Use Windows Update Assistant: If you don't see the update in Windows Update, you can use the Windows Update Assistant. You can download it from the Microsoft website to help you upgrade to the latest version.
    3. Create Installation Media: If you prefer a clean installation, you can create a bootable USB drive using the Media Creation Tool available on the Microsoft website. This will allow you to install the latest version of Windows 11.
    4. Follow On-Screen Instructions: Whether you are updating through Windows Update or using the installation media, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the upgrade process.

Make sure to back up your data before proceeding with the upgrade to avoid any data loss.
