    hi guru, welcome in community

Usually. the reasons for this type of error can be:

    • The URL is restricted by robots.txt: If robots.txt prevents Bingbot from accessing the page, Bing cannot load any information. You’ll need to update the robots.txt file to permit Bing to crawl that address.

    • The URL is malformed: If the link contains structural errors, Bing’s crawler may fail to interpret it. Review the URL for mistakes and correct any formatting issues.

    • The URL doesn’t match Bing’s indexing criteria: If the page content falls outside what Bing typically indexes, insights won’t be available. Make sure your website is properly organized and contains content that aligns with Bing’s indexing guidelines.

    try also with this solution:

-Confirm that robots.txt isn’t blocking the URL: Use Bing Webmaster Tools to inspect your robots.txt file and ensure the page is accessible.

    - Inspect the URL for problems: Load the page in a browser and verify there are no errors. Fix any issues you discover.

    - Improve the URL’s relevance: Ensure that both the URL and its content fit within the type of material Bing aims to index.
