I have tried all the suggested troubleshooting steps, including checking audio settings, reinstalling drivers, using different USB/Audio ports, updating Windows, testing the headphones on another device, and restarting the Windows Audio service. I also tested by changing both the PC and the headphone jack.
However, the issue persists: once the headphone jack is removed and reinserted, it is not detected by the system. The device only appears and starts working again after a full system restart in windows 11.
