What you are seeing is the result of three different device lists that sync on different schedules and triggers. The way to fix this is to force a clean re‑registration of your current PC with your Microsoft account and the Microsoft Store.
On the affected PC, first make sure Windows itself is using the same Microsoft account you see on the web. Open Settings > Accounts > Your info. If it says Local account, switch to Sign in with a Microsoft account instead. If it already shows your Microsoft account email, stay signed in.
Turn on Find my device, because that is the signal the devices page relies on. Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Find my device and turn it on. When prompted, also turn on Location in Settings > Privacy and security > Location.
Open Settings > System > About > Rename this PC. Use only letters and numbers, for example MYPC or HOMEPC. Restart when asked.
Open the Microsoft Store app, click your profile picture, choose Sign out for every account you see, then close the Store. Press Windows+R, type wsreset, and press Enter. A blank window will appear, then the Store will reopen. Sign back in to the Store with the same Microsoft account used in Windows. From Library, install any free app or game. That install is what creates or updates the Store device entry with the new PC name.
Open Settings > Accounts > Windows backup and make sure Remember my apps is on. Then open Settings > Accounts > Email and accounts, click your Microsoft account and choose Manage or Fix if offered. Finally, restart the PC once more and sign in, then leave it connected to the internet for at least 30 minutes.
Now check two places:
- In the Microsoft Store Device Management page, your PC should show with the new name instead of blank.
- In account.microsoft.com > Devices, your PC should appear after the next cloud refresh. This can take a little while. If you complete the steps today, Wednesday, December 3, 2025, check back by Thursday, December 4, 2025.
If after that date the devices page still shows only one device while Settings > Accounts > Linked devices shows more, reply with the exact name you assigned and confirm whether the Store now shows that same name. I can then guide you further.
