Hi Karen,
Thanks for getting in touch about your Microsoft documents printing blank pages when emails print fine. I get how annoying that can be, especially when the print preview looks good. Usually, this happens because of hidden formatting, messed-up documents, or problems with the printer driver. I am here to help.
The reason this happens is that Word might have hidden stuff or broken content that doesn’t show up right when you print. Sometimes, old printer drivers or wrong print settings can also cause blank pages.
To fix this, first see if the content shows up in File → Print → Preview. If it does, try printing to Microsoft Print to PDF if the PDF is also blank, the document might be damaged. Copy the content (but not the very last paragraph mark) into a fresh document and try printing again. Also, get the newest printer drivers and clear the print queue to rule out spooler problems. If it keeps happening with different documents, try an Online Repair for Microsoft 365 through Control Panel → Programs and Features → Microsoft 365 → Change → Online Repair. This usually gets rid of issues with the program.
I hope this helps.
Best Regards,
Noel
