Use the CTRL button on your keyboard and the scroll wheel of your mouse to zoom in and out or to make the text smaller and bigger.

If the text in your Outlook email has suddenly shrunk, you can try the following steps to restore it to a normal size:

1. Zoom Settings: Check if the zoom level has been changed. You can adjust the zoom level by holding down the Ctrl key and scrolling your mouse wheel up to increase the text size or down to decrease it. Alternatively, you can find the zoom slider in the bottom right corner of the Outlook window.
2. Font Size: While composing your email, highlight the text that appears small, then go to the "Format Text" tab in the ribbon. From there, you can select a larger font size from the font size dropdown menu.
