I used to have a reactions bar on the top right of my emails. For some reason, the emoji function disappeared, and I now have the reply, reply all, forward, teams and other actions. Any idea how I can get the emoji to display on the toolbar again? Many thanks.

Same here, I wonder if this is yet another way to try to get us to use "new" Outlook. Our organization simple does not because we can never connect an account, ie, it fails almost all the time when setting up a user on "new" Outlook.

    Hello,

Is it on a work/school account? If so, your organization IT can roll out group policy to disable this feature. You might want to check with them to confirm it.

One of our users is also having this issue on Classic Outlook. It is working for other users using the exact same version of Classic Outlook, and in the same tenant.

I tried clearing cache, Windows updates, Office updates, rebooting, with no luck.

I then tried reinstalling Office, and it fixed it for 1 day, but then the emoji reaction button disappeared again after 1 day! No idea what is going on here.

We have the same problem. It just started today. We didn't roll out any restrictions. It worked fine last week.
