Participating in early access and feedback programs for new Teams Free features
Thanks for sharing the details, David! Try to check if Ctrl key is failing (Windows trick).
Use the built-in keyboard viewer to confirm whether Windows sees the Ctrl key being pressed.
Steps
Press Windows key + R
Type: osk
Press Enter (opens the On-Screen Keyboard)
Press Ctrl on your real keyboard
Does the Ctrl key highlight on the on-screen keyboard?
- Yes → your Ctrl key works; the problem is software-related.
- No → your physical Ctrl key is failing. Try another keyboard.
See if this helps. If you need further assistance just let me know.
Best regards,
Kimberly
