Hi Madiha, thanks for reaching out. Cache issues in OneNote usually happen when temporary files get corrupted or too large, which can slow things down or cause sync errors. The easiest fix is to clear those files so OneNote can rebuild them fresh. First, close OneNote completely. Then press Windows + R, type %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneNote, and hit Enter. Open the folder for your version (like 16.0), go into the Cache folder, and delete its contents. After that, restart OneNote and it should work better. Before you do this, have you noticed any unsynced notes or error messages? If yes, let me know so we can make sure nothing gets lost.
