- Go to Device Manager and expand the arrow next to Bluetooth.
- Right-click your default Bluetooth drivers, (Realtek or Intel), select Uninstall device, select Uninstall device, select the Attempt to remove the driver for this device check box, and then select Uninstall.
- Once uninstalled, restart your PC.
(Windows will automatically reinstall the drivers for your PC)
Put your headphones in pairing mode.
Go to Settings > Bluetooth and devices > Add a Bluetooth device.
See if your OnePlus buds pop up.
Click to connect the device.
Let me know how it goes.

I understand that you're having difficulty connecting your OnePlus Nord buds to your Windows 11 PC.
- May I please know if you’re able to pair your Nord Buds with other devices, such as your mobile phone?
- Also, are you able to connect other Bluetooth devices to your Windows PC successfully?
First, make sure your Nord Buds are in pairing mode. Check if the LED light on the charging case is blinking repeatedly, this indicates that they are ready to pair. If not, please try resetting your buds according to the instructions in the user manual, then check whether they appear on your Windows PC.
(Go to Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Add a Bluetooth device).
If you’re still unable to pair or connect any Bluetooth devices on your PC, please let me know.
