    Hi,

If you forgot your BitLocker recovery key, check your Microsoft account, including any work or school accounts you used when setting up your computer, to see if the key is stored there.

Finding your BitLocker recovery key in Windows:

If you cannot find the correct recovery key or continue to encounter the same issue, I'm sorry, but there is no other way to bypass BitLocker. In this case, a clean installation of the Windows OS will be necessary. Please note that this process will result in the loss of your data.

If you have forgotten your BitLocker password, you can attempt to recover access to your device using the following methods:

    1. Use the Recovery Key: If you have saved your BitLocker recovery key to your Microsoft account, you can retrieve it by logging into your account. Go to https://myaccount.microsoft.com, select the Devices tab, and look for your Windows device to view the BitLocker keys.
    2. Self-recovery Options: If you have previously set up self-recovery options, you may be able to unlock your device using a recovery password or recovery key saved on a USB flash drive or printed out.
    3. Helpdesk Recovery: If you are unable to recover the password on your own, and your device is joined to a domain or Microsoft Entra, you can contact your helpdesk for assistance. They may be able to retrieve the recovery information from Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID.
    4. BitLocker Repair Tool: If you have access to the recovery key but are still having issues, you can use the BitLocker Repair tool to regain access to your drive.

If none of these options are available, you may need to consider professional data recovery services, but this can be costly and is not guaranteed to work.
