- May I please know how did you activate Windows earlier? Was the license already pre-installed on your device (OEM key) or did you purchased it from a third party seller or through Microsoft Store?
- Did you made any recent hardware changes to your computer? Such as replacing you Motherboard or Hard drive?
- May I please know the version or edition of the Windows OS installed or you have license for?(Windows 11 Home or Windows 11 PRO)
In addition to this, type slmgr.vbs /dlv in the command prompt window and click enter.
