    Try an Office repair. Exit all Office applications and start the repair from Windows Settings, assuming that you have Windows 10 or 11. See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/repair-an-office-application-7821d4b6-7c1d-4205-aa0e-a6b40c5bb88b.

    quick repair and online repair not help. uninstall then re-install also not help. used safe mode to open the word and remove all add-in not help.
