Unable to receive Microsoft Rewards points for Track Your Delivery

Today, 12/7/2025, the Explore with Bing portion of Microsoft Rewards unlocked the tile for track your delivery worth 50 points. I was able to activate the tile, but so far, none of the tracking numbers I've tried has worked. I've used several Amazon tracking numbers and one USPS number for an online pharmacy. Right now, it shows the hourglass that the tile has been activated, but nothing I key in seems to be the "correct answer" to give me the points.
