Thank you. First, use the Windows Installation Assistant to manually upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Download and install the file below:

    https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2171764

Please note that the link will expire in 24 hours.

If the issue persists, try a repair in-place upgrade Windows while keeping your files and apps. This helps fix or replace any corrupted files that may be causing the problem.

    Note: Unplug unnecessary peripherals

Temporarily disable third-party antivirus to avoid interference.

    1. Click the 'Download now' button under 'Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO)': https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11
    2. Run the file and select 'Yes' when prompted by UAC.
    3. Accept the Software License Terms if you agree.
    4. On the 'What do you want to do?' screen, select 'Upgrade this PC now'
    5. Click 'Next.' (This stage will download, verify, and create the Windows installation media.)
    6. Under 'Choose what to keep,' select 'Keep personal files and apps,'
    7. Click 'Next,' then click 'Install,' and the installation will begin.

The process may take 1-2 hours, depending on your internet speed and PC performance.

Windows 11 is being offered as a free upgrade to eligible Windows 10 devices through a phased and measured approach. If you are continuously receiving the message "Your upgrade is coming, check back soon," it may indicate that your device is either not yet eligible for the upgrade or there may be specific issues preventing the upgrade from being offered to you at this time.

To check your device's eligibility, ensure that your Windows 10 is fully updated and visit Microsoft's Windows 11 release status page for the latest information. If you still encounter issues, you can consider using the Installation Assistant or the ISO method to attempt the upgrade manually.

Additionally, keep in mind that Windows 11 has an annual feature update cadence, so updates will continue to roll out over time, and availability may vary based on device compatibility and other factors.
