i started having this critical error for a week or two and my computer shuts down randomly while i am browsing internet. my pc is strong enough to play most games and i have 32gb ram so i don't think it's about not having enough computing power. if anyone can help me i would really appreciate it.

2025-12-13T23:17:40.4633333+00:00 hello sorry for being late. after i click the save all events as there opens a windows to save it but when i click the save button it is not saving it. i even opened a folder for it (in case it was too much for windows) but still it is not saving the events.
i found a solution like this on a reddit thread should i do this and upload it?
The logs should be located at "C:\Windows\System32\winevt"You can copy the entire "Logs" folder to a thumbdrive or whatever to export everything.

i did it finally, i didn't know i had to create a blank text document and click that for the events to appear. i tought it would create the text document by itself.
