Windows 11, version 25H2 update loop

It's been I don't know how many weeks and I don't know how many tries to get through this update.
I press "Download & install"
Some time passes, and it completes "successfully"
I press "Check for updates", and again it offers the same update.
Winver reveals the update didn't really come through.

Above is a screenshot right after another "successful completion"

24H2 and 25H2 share the same code base, to resolve the 25H2 update loop, the best option is to use the small enablement package to perform the 25H2 update.
