I have ran FRST as an administrator and requesting assistance with a fix list. I have also ran Microsoft Defender Antivirus Full scan then the Microsoft Safety Scanner and Microsoft Defender Offline scan. All scans were ran and no protection history was found. Please let me know and I can provide screenshots of those results. Also note, just 4 weeks ago I did a PC Reset with the following options: Remove Everything /Cloud Download /Clean Data: Yes

Which is interesting to me why there maybe underling issues with the laptop. With that said, I have attached all three files for review and if there is any additional information I can provide please let me know and appreciate all the help.

Thank You,

Taylor

Hi ,

I checked the three files and found nothing wrong, apart from software that can be disabled in the background if you wish. Here's the fix, but aside from that, nothing wrong was found; everything is in order, your PC is fine.

The fixlist provided deleted or at least tried to delete an important Fortect file:

    C:\Program Files\Fortect\Fortect.exe

Let me know if you need a hand restoring it.
