I am writing to request assistance with my Microsoft Learn / Certification profile.

I am currently unable to:

  1. Download a PDF document of my passed exam(s) / transcript, and
  2. Share my certification information or badges to LinkedIn.

When I open my Certifications / Transcript page, I do not see an option to download the transcript as PDF, nor the option to share the certification or badge directly to LinkedIn. I have already tried signing out and back in, using a different browser, and clearing cache and cookies, but the issue is still present.

    You can see your certifications under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab. You should View certification details, print, and save as PDF.

    You can share credentials to LinkedIn https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/credentials/certifications/cred-share-validate#sharing-certification-credentials

    You can see your transcript on https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/transcript. Again, you can print, and save as PDF.
