To find the status of your existing case using the case number, you need to log in to the Microsoft Advertising Customer Support Portal. Once logged in, follow these steps:
- In the top-left corner of the portal home page, select the My cases link.
- This will display all your open cases, including the case you are looking for.
- You can sort the cases by the date opened to find your specific case number.
- Select the case to view its complete details, including the status.
If you have a specific case number, you can also use the search functionality to quickly locate it.
