When I tried getting the Explore on Bing part done, it just doesn't count for NO reason, I search literally the SAME category it just doesn't show up, even when I refresh the page multiple times, I still re-search about the topic, it just doesn't work at all. It's just about if am I wrong, or is it a system bug.
Please give me an answer about this

The Explore on Bing feature in Microsoft Rewards allows users to earn points by searching for specific topics or categories on Bing. If your searches are not being counted, there could be a few reasons for this:

  1. Search Criteria: Ensure that you are following the specific requirements for the Explore on Bing activity. Sometimes, the activity may require searches in certain categories or formats that are not immediately clear.
  2. System Updates: Occasionally, there may be temporary issues or updates within the Microsoft Rewards system that can affect how searches are tracked. If you suspect this might be the case, waiting a short period and trying again could help.
  3. Account Issues: Ensure that your Microsoft account is in good standing and that there are no restrictions or issues that might prevent points from being awarded.
  4. Technical Glitches: If refreshing the page or re-searching does not resolve the issue, it could be a technical glitch. In such cases, reaching out to Microsoft Support for assistance might be necessary.

If you continue to experience problems, consider providing feedback through the Microsoft Rewards feedback channels to report the issue directly.

Hello jad saleh, Thanks for posting this in our community.

Make sure you are signed in with the same Microsoft account on Microsoft Edge or the Bing app. Perform manual searches with at least seven seconds between each query to avoid cooldowns. Avoid using VPNs or switching devices quickly because this can trigger unusual activity protection. If searches are not counting, refresh the Rewards dashboard or sign out and sign back in, then try again. If you see the unusual activity message, wait 48 to 72 hours as the system often restores point-earning capabilities automatically.

If the issue persists, contact Microsoft Rewards support at https://rewards.bing.com/support so they can investigate or credit your points.

    Kind regards,

    John Oli

Sometimes it might just take a minute for this slow and laggy Microsoft rewards website to work.
