Child profile is not connected to family safety

Same problem here.

Microsoft helpdesk logged in my system and after 2 hours no result. They had no idea what is causing this.

All 3 accounts of my children (8y,10y,12y) have full access on Edge, 21y+ content and xxx rated. Age restrictions aren’t working and backlog to FS app isn’t working either. Cant see what they are watching and sites they visited. Been this for days now.

This is very unprofessional !!!!

Biggest and richest tech company that cant block adult content for underage children.

I removed all browsers from there devices. Thats the only solution.

Same here, feedback sent! This is really, REALLY a problem! My 8 year old daughter is able to open ANY website, and as there is not even tracking, I need to check the history to even get an idea what she had opened!

I have the same problem. The Edge suddenly does not work with family safety.

Set up the web and search filters in Family Safety for kid's laptop, but the filter does not take into effect. The kid can browse any websites now.

The screen time still works, so it is not the account issue. Only Edge stop working with Family Safety.

I followed the instruction to create a totally new ***@outlook.com account for kid, and add it in the Family Safety. Again, the screen time works as expected, but the Edge still does not take any filter settings.

The problem starts today (may be yesterday).

I have the same issue. 2 account are install on my computer. First one was configured 3 years ago and edge is connected to parental control. I can see it because for example I can't launch inprivate navigation. But on new account I create for my last daugther edge is not connected. There is no filtered website and apparently edge is not controled by parental control because I can launch inprivate navigation.

How is it possible to fix this?

Her windows account is correctly configured and for example application restriction work. I try to block edge and to authorized again, it is working. But web navigation only is not controlled.

I have also tested and verified this myself, and it appears that the feature is not currently working. This may be a temporary issue, but we kindly ask that you submit feedback to Microsoft through Family Safety, either via the app or the website.

In the Family Safety app, you will find the feedback icon in the upper-right corner. On the website, the feedback option is located at the bottom-right of the page.

The more feedback we receive from users, the sooner this issue can be resolved.
